Shipment of our items from FERN & FOXGLOVE INTERIORS  to you.  Delivery times  given are approximate, and all items are sent via parcelforce or Royal Mail recorded for smaller items


Items advertised are always in stock for immediate dispatch, and WE aim to send items within 2-3 working days of receiving your order. 

The timescale given by our courier once collected is 2-4 days.

Postage under £5.95 UK mainland  is sent via Royal Mail ( recorded & tracked ) and usually takes 1-2 days and postage over £5.95 UK mainland is sent via Parcelforce or Yodel and will be with you anywhere from 24-48 hours from your order. Please be aware this does not include the weekend - so an order received Friday will not be sent out until the following Monday. 

Delivery prices are based on the size and weight of the parcel being dispatched and also on the delivery location. We reserve the right to refuse to deliver any of our FERN & FOXGLOVE INTERIORS products at any time. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from delivery..

Now other areas that cost a little more ......Delivery to the Highlands and certain parts of Ireland & Isle of Man are a little extra - the cheapest postage we can offer is £9.95 upto £15.95 and FERN & FOXGLOVE INTERIORS  will invoice separately for the extra postage costs.

Orders placed after 5pm will be dealt with the Next working day.
Orders placed on a weekend, will be dealt with the following Monday.

If your parcel for any reason cannot be delivered because it is the 3rd attempt the courier company will then return this to there local depot where an admin fee will be applied to the parcel to resend out to you - this is payable by yourself and they will contact you via email - it is always advisable to put a work address if you won't be home to receive your order. 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, then simply return it to us, FERN & FOXGLOVE INTERIORS in unused condition within 7 days for an exchange or refund of the full purchase price, excluding the original postage cost.  You are required to pay the return postage unless your item was received and was faulty or damaged.

Goods that are received damaged must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the item/s. We will then require you to send an email / photograph to us so that we can see the damage and discuss the return. Then an exchange or refund will be offered. 

Please ensure the parcel is packaged adequately / the same as WE send out - to ensure that the goods are not damaged in transit. Otherwise we may not be able to exchange or  refund you. We strongly recommend that you use an insured, registered delivery service and keep the receipt as we cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit. 

Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of receiving the returned item/s.
